Appointed Deputy Mayor by Karim Bouamrane, I am in charge of the smart city, artificial intelligence and international relations portfolios in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
A graduate of Ensimag (the Grenoble national school of computer science and applied mathematics), I began my career as a research engineer at Gaz de France and then at EDF R&D, before joining the digital startup ecosystem at the turn of the 2000s.
For more than 25 years, I have founded and led several technology companies in France, the United Kingdom and Africa. Co-founder and CTO of Kwik Delivery in Nigeria, founder of Smart Interactive in Paris, I have also held technical leadership positions in fields as varied as the digitalisation of public procurement, mobile services and European digital platforms.
A resident of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine since 2003, I became involved in local life very early on: creation in 2006 of the first citizen blog lesaudoniens.com, participation in the Docks citizen group, candidacy in the 2011 cantonal elections under the colours of the PRG and the MRC, and involvement in the 2014 and 2020 municipal elections.
This trajectory — from applied research to international entrepreneurship, and from civic engagement to elected office — directly feeds my conviction: making technology a concrete lever of empowerment, inclusion and openness to the world, in the service of the residents of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
I pay particular attention to inclusion issues, especially for people with neurodivergent profiles (often referred to as invisible disabilities), convinced that digital technology and artificial intelligence can be powerful tools of empowerment and autonomy for these audiences, who are too often left aside.
